The Design comprises of built for rent/sale housing units in a gated community set-up with complementary infrastructure including: Roads, Pavements, Parking, Water, Drainage and Sewerage Works. The development includes social facilities/amenities such as a Community Centre, Shopping Centre and Recreational Areas. The housing development comprises of blocks of apartments/ flats/ maissonetes bearing: 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units, 3 bedroom units and 4 bedroom units. The design concept(s) and construction methods adopted incorporate green building technology.
