Major Tourist Hotel Development at Ukunda on the South Coast of Kenya, about 20Kms. from Mombasa. The Master Plan has been envisaged with a greater emphasis on environmental design in context of Coastal Swahili Architecture. Hotel comprising 100 Rooms (Phase I) and 300 Rooms ( Phase II) with several restaurants and kitchens, Seminar rooms and Conference Halls , Gym and Spa with swimming pools, bars and various lounges, ancillary facilities for a five star beach hotel built to the international standards including support facilities of Staff housing, Offices and Workshops.
