INTERNATIONAL SPORTS ACADEMY

Brief:               Construction of an international sports training academy with all facilities comprising of administrative offices, Lecture rooms, medical facilities, 3 star hotel, hostels and dormitories, indoor sports hall, library, auditorium, staff housing, maintenance workshops and outdoor training fields

HERBARIUM/LAB; NATIONAL MUSEUMS OF KENYA

Client:             The National Museums of Kenya

Brief:               Provision of a new herbarium and relaxed research laboratories at the Museum headquarters, Nairobi

Status:             Completed July 1987

PRIMATE RESEARCH CENTRE PHASE II

Client:             The National Museums of Kenya

Brief:               Extensions to the Phase 1 including the provision of new laboratories, research facilities and back-up offices

FACULTY OF ARTS & SOCIAL SCIENCES, EGERTON UNIVERSITY

Client:             Egerton University, Njoro

Brief:               New faculty buildings comprising 2 lecture theatres, lecture/seminar rooms, offices and administration block

Status:             Completed mid 1996

EXTENSIONS TO SWEDISH SCHOOL, NAIROBI

Client:             Swedish School, Kenya

Brief:               Provision of residential facilities for staff members, kitchen and dining facilities as well as recreational facilities including a swimming pool and indoor games room.

Status:             Completed Jan 1993

MASAI MARA I.B.R.D PROJECT, MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

Client:             Kenya Wildlife Service

Brief:               The rehabilitation of gate houses, staff housing and renovation to existing buildings. The project involves re-design and construction of the gate houses. Funded by the World Bank and overseen by Narok County Council.

Status:             Completed Sept 1994

KENYA WILDLIFE SERVICE HQS, NAIROBI

Client:             Kenya Wildlife Service

Brief:               Headquarters complex for the Kenya Wildlife Service comprising new office buildings, lecture theatre, armoury, new animal orphanage, restaurant and cafeteria
